Create a wiki

In order to create a wiki it is necessary to edit several files to add information about the new wiki.

• Copy the template wiki database to the new wiki database
• Edit the virtual host file to add the domain for Certbot
• Run Certbot
• Add the wiki to the Local Settings switch statement
• Add the wiki database to the array in the global user rights settings
• Create the settings file for the wiki with the site name and meta namespace
• Make sure the new database is added to the dump script
